Formulate

Don't have a formula yet? No problem! Brad has over 30 years of experience formulating sports foods using a variety of ingredients ranging from common chemicals to obscure, naturally anabolic extracts.

A number of highly qualified staff have been working under Brad for years now to learn how to formulate the Brad way too.

Prototype & Validate

The skilled product building team at The Protein Factory will create your product from the ground up.

You'll be working closely with some of our highly qualified team members to choose your desired packaging. This will give you a general idea of how your finished product will look.

Our team will then validate the product, ensuring the product will work on a large scale.

This is the final step in product building before the fun begins!

Design & Sample

Congratulations, you're ready to finalise your product. You'll be working with Declan to design the label of your product. Declan is a degree qualified pharmacologist with years of experience not only designing labels, but also providing guidance to ensure all text on labels are compliant with the TGA (though, no guidance we give is legal advice and should not be taken as so).

At the same time as finalising your label, you'll also be working with Megan to finalise your product's flavour, colour, consistency, etc.

Manufacture

Your product is now ready to be put into production. You'll now place your first order with our head of accounts, Beck, and in-line with our MOQ's, Amy will head up production on the product.

Our MOQ's change from product to product and lead times generally range from 4-6 weeks + shipping times to anywhere in Australia. You'll be given a rough MOQ early in the product building process.

Support

Following the manufacturing of your product, our expert team will provide you continuing support for your product such as future formulation alterations and advice in marketing campaigns.

Contract manufacturing enquiry

Before enquiring please note there is a minimum spend cost of $10,000. This will encompass R&D costs and the cost of your first order. After this minimum cost is met, only MOQ's will apply for future orders.
