We always aim to get your order in the mail on the same day you order, or the next business day at the latest. We ship from our facility in Victoria with Australia Post so can't always guarantee the exact shipping time, but it's usually fair to expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 days to most places in Australia for the standard shipping option. We charge $9.50 shipping for light orders and nominally more for heavier orders (a lot less than we pay!), calculated at checkout, and you're able to spend loyalty points to get free or discounted shipping. If there are any issues with your order (it doesn't arrive or arrives damaged), contact us and we'll organise a replacement. We also offer Click & Collect.
Everything is manufactured, blended, or packed right here in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia by our small, family-run food lab, Biodome Functional Foods, right up the road from our store! We pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients available while keeping prices low by retailing what we manufacture direct to consumer. We do our best to source what we can from Australia, and where we import from overseas we only accept materials conforming to Australian standards for quality and purity.

When ordering from our website or buying in-store, you'll earn loyalty points as long as you're logged into your account (which is free and easy to create in the menu at the top of the page). These can be redeemed for free or discounted shipping, or for a discount on your order. The discounts aren't huge, but also aren't really factored into the cost of our products, so are more of a way of saying thanks for supporting our small business.
We're a small, family run business who manufacture and retail our own products, so we have a bit of a different mindset than the other players. Rather than making huge markups and only offering discounts once in a while, we think it's better to just charge a fair price all-year-round. We almost never run sales, and instead our regular prices are about the same as most brands 'huge sale' prices. Seriously, compare our prices with the competition and you'll see we come in much cheaper most of the time, for the exact same or higher quality. We find having to wait for things to go on sale just as annoying as you do, so we just decided to make everything affordable all of the time.
We're a very small team, so we have less of a corporate mindset than most of our competitors. We do our best to supply the highest quality products we can, and source locally where we're able. We only want to make products that genuinely work, and if we get feedback that a product isn't living up to expectations we'll reformulate or discontinue it. On the flipside, if we've discontinued a product which wasn't selling, but which a handful of people really liked, we've been known to bring it back just for them. Much of our packaging is recyclable and we're always looking for ways to improve our sustainability and reduce our environmental impact. If we have a moral or ethical objection to a specific product's raw material (e.g. for animal welfare or environmental impact reasons), we simply refuse to sell it. We have a no-squashing-bugs policy (seriously, our staff are expected to gently take them outside). We don't use generative AI to make any of our art or text.
If you are on any medication, or have a medical condition which can affect your body's reaction to supplements, you should speak with your doctor regarding their use. We are unable to advise if our products will interact with your medication or condition, so it is always best to err on the side of caution and not take our supplements if you are unsure.
